Advanced Medium-Frequency CHIRP Technology for Superior Performance
The Airmar B175C-20-M Thru-Hull Transducer is engineered for serious anglers and marine professionals who demand precision and reliability. Utilizing medium-frequency CHIRP technology, this transducer operates within a range of 85 kHz to 135 kHz, providing exceptional target resolution and enhanced fish detection. With a 20-degree tilted element, it ensures optimal performance for boats with moderate hull deadrise, making it an excellent choice for fiberglass or wooden vessels up to 11 meters (36 feet) in length. The transducer’s ability to cover multiple fishing frequencies, including the popular 88 kHz and 107 kHz, allows users to detect baitfish, game fish, and underwater structures with remarkable clarity.
High-Performance CHIRP Capabilities
Designed for anglers looking to maximize their fishing success, the Airmar B175C-20-M offers 50 kHz of total bandwidth, significantly improving target separation and detail. The CHIRP technology enhances depth detection down to 3,000 meters (10,000 feet), providing a more detailed view of the underwater environment. This high-performance transducer also features a fast-response water temperature sensor, allowing for real-time monitoring of changing conditions.
Durable Construction and Compatibility
Built with a rugged bronze housing, the Airmar B175C-20-M is designed to withstand harsh marine conditions. Its urethane acoustic window ensures durability while maintaining exceptional signal clarity. The transducer is ideal for use on fiberglass or wooden hulls and can be installed on boats with hull deadrise angles up to 28 degrees. This model is equipped with Airmar’s Mix and Match connector, which can be modified to connect with compatible sounders that do not require a dedicated connector.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
