Shipping Policy

At Quality Boat Parts, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and at a competitive shipping rate. We proudly serve customers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Bahamas and strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience from checkout to delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination, package weight, dimensions, and the shipping method you select.

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Some products may qualify for free shipping. If applicable, free shipping will be automatically displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.

Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Certain products, including special-order or manufacturer-direct items, may require additional processing time. If your order is expected to be delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated shipping date.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • Bahamas

Shipping availability depends on the product. If an item is unavailable for shipment to your destination, you will be notified during checkout.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside these locations unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: Approximately 2–7 business days
  • Canada: Approximately 5–10 business days
  • Mexico: Approximately 5–10 business days
  • Bahamas: Approximately 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier operational issues are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipment has been processed by the carrier.

Customers with a Quality Boat Parts account can also view tracking information from their order history.

P.O. Boxes

We can only ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS, and only for products that qualify for USPS shipping based on size and weight restrictions.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All orders ship from the United States.

Orders shipped to Canada, Mexico, and Bahamas may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

These fees are:

  • Not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
  • Determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
  • The sole responsibility of the customer.

If customs duties or import fees are refused and the shipment is returned to us:

  • Return shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any customs or brokerage fees incurred during the return shipment may also be deducted when applicable.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order if you have questions regarding import fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Although most shipments arrive on time, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged, please contact us at cs@qualityboatparts.com. Our team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
