Advanced CHIRP Technology for Enhanced Marine Sonar Performance
The Airmar TM265C-LM 1kW Low/Medium CHIRP Transducer is engineered for anglers seeking superior underwater clarity and depth performance. Designed for small to mid-sized boats (25'-40'), this transom-mounted transducer delivers precise depth readings and fast-response water temperature sensing, making it an essential tool for serious fishermen. Its advanced CHIRP technology enhances target separation and provides superior fish detection at greater depths compared to traditional sonar transducers.
With its seamless urethane housing and stainless-steel bracket, the TM265C-LM ensures durability and long-term resistance to harsh marine environments. The Mix-N-Match plug system provides versatility, allowing compatibility with various marine electronics.
High-Performance Dual-Band CHIRP Capabilities
Equipped with a powerful 1 kW CHIRP-ready dual-band transducer, the TM265C-LM operates across both low and medium frequencies to maximize underwater coverage:
- Low Frequency (42-65 kHz): Wide beamwidth (25° to 16°), reaching depths up to 914 meters (3,000 feet), ideal for deep-water fishing.
- Medium Frequency (85-135 kHz): Narrower beamwidth (16° to 11°) for improved target resolution, with a maximum depth of 457 meters (1,500 feet).
- 73 kHz Total Bandwidth: Covers key fishing frequencies (50, 88, and 107 kHz) while also providing continuous scanning across the entire range.
Rugged Transom Mount Design
Built for reliable operation in diverse marine conditions, this transducer features a transom-mounted stainless-steel bracket for secure installation on boats of all propulsion types. The patented Xducer ID® technology ensures seamless integration with CHIRP-enabled fish finders, optimizing performance based on the connected system.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
