Advanced CHIRP Technology for Superior Marine Performance
The Airmar TM185MW Medium Ultra-Wide CHIRP-ready Transom Mount Transducer is engineered to deliver exceptional underwater clarity and precision for serious anglers. Utilizing medium-frequency CHIRP (60-100 kHz), this transducer provides enhanced target separation and superior performance in mid-depth waters, making it ideal for tracking pelagic species. With an ultra-wide beamwidth of 57-73° port-starboard and 16° average fore-aft, the TM185MW maximizes underwater coverage, ensuring detailed imaging beneath the vessel.
Designed for easy transom mounting, this 1 kW transducer is perfect for small and trailered vessels where a thru-hull installation is impractical. Built with AIRMAR’s innovative Xducer ID® technology, it offers plug-and-play compatibility with a wide range of marine electronics. The TM185MW provides excellent performance at boat speeds below 30 knots and features a depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor for accurate marine data collection.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
