High-Performance CHIRP Transducer for Offshore and Freshwater Fishing
The Airmar TM185C Medium CHIRP Transducer is a premium transom-mounted sonar solution designed for serious offshore and freshwater anglers. Engineered for medium-depth fishing, it offers exceptional bottom detail, fish-target separation, and a broad frequency range of 85 to 135 kHz. With a robust transom-mount urethane housing and a stainless steel bracket, this transducer ensures durability and optimal performance on outboard and I/O-powered boats.
The TM185C-M is ideal for those who need a versatile, high-sensitivity transducer that delivers superior target clarity, even in mid-depth waters up to 457 meters (1,500 feet). It features Airmar's exclusive Xducer ID® technology, which enhances sonar performance by automatically optimizing settings based on the connected system.
Advanced Sonar Performance with Medium CHIRP Technology
Operating within the medium-frequency CHIRP range of 85 to 135 kHz, the TM185C-M offers 50 kHz of total bandwidth. This coverage includes key fishing frequencies like 88 and 107 kHz, making it well-suited for tracking fish at different depths with precision. The broad frequency range improves target separation, revealing fish, structures, and bottom contours with greater detail.
Durable and Easy-to-Install Transom-Mount Design
Designed for reliable performance in various conditions, the TM185C-M features a urethane acoustic window and a sturdy stainless steel bracket for secure transom mounting. It accommodates transom angles from 3° to 21°, allowing for flexible installation on different boat configurations.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
