High-Performance Wide Beam CHIRP Transducer for Superior Marine Imaging
Airmar's SS175C-12-L transducer is designed for marine professionals and serious anglers seeking enhanced underwater visibility and precise fish detection. Utilizing CHIRP technology, this transducer provides a broad frequency range of 150 kHz to 250 kHz with a constant 25° beamwidth, delivering superior target separation and detailed imaging. The high-performance sensor is optimized for boats 25 feet and larger, making it an excellent choice for steel or aluminum hulls. Its fast-response water temperature sensor and innovative Xducer ID® technology ensure efficient and reliable operation in demanding marine conditions.
Advanced CHIRP Technology for Wider Coverage
Airmar’s wide beam CHIRP technology significantly increases the sonar coverage beneath your vessel. Unlike traditional transducers with variable beam widths, the SS175C-12-L maintains a consistent 25° beam angle across the entire frequency range. This design enhances bottom coverage, improves target detection in the upper water column, and provides clearer, more detailed return images on your echosounder display. With 100 kHz of total bandwidth, this transducer effectively covers the popular 200 kHz fishing frequency and additional ranges for broader versatility.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
