High-Performance Wide-Beam Chirp Transducer for Superior Marine Coverage
The Airmar B175C-20-HW transducer is designed for anglers and marine professionals seeking unparalleled bottom coverage and precise fish detection. With its wide-beam CHIRP technology, this transducer operates within a high-frequency range of 150-250 kHz, ensuring clear and detailed sonar imaging. Whether installed on fiberglass or wooden hulls, the B175C-20-HW delivers optimal performance for boats measuring 8 meters (25 feet) and above.
Unlike traditional narrow-beam transducers, this model offers a consistent 25° beam width across the entire frequency band. This ensures broader underwater coverage, making it easier to detect fish throughout the water column. The B175C-20-HW also enhances echosounder performance, producing larger and crisper return images on display screens for improved target identification.
Equipped with a powerful 1 kW rating and a fast-response water-temperature sensor, this transducer is a reliable choice for serious marine applications. Whether navigating coastal waters or deep-sea fishing, the Airmar B175C-20-HW provides unmatched clarity and accuracy beneath the surface.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
