Overview

The Blue Sea Systems 4113 is a conversion kit for a Blue Sea 360 DC panel that changes one 12V circuit breaker module for use on a 24V DC system. It fits 360 panel sections built with rocker or toggle circuit breakers, so the quantity needed depends on how many 12V breaker modules are being converted.

This kit changes the resistor value in the LED conductor so the panel indicator circuit works correctly on 24V. On 360 panels without meters, this is the only change needed at the breaker module level when moving from 12V to 24V. Panels with analog meters also need those meters changed to 24V.

Compatibility and fit

This kit is specific to Blue Sea 360 DC panels with rocker or toggle circuit breakers. It is not a general-purpose voltage converter for other panel families, plug-in accessories, or unrelated 12V devices.

It suits refit work where the boat's DC distribution is being moved from 12V to 24V and the existing 360 panel layout is staying in service. That helps when the panel arrangement already works for the vessel and only the module voltage needs to be updated.

Installation and setup

Installation is centered on the individual breaker module being converted. The included harness supports the wiring change, and the panel identification label helps keep the finished panel marked correctly after the voltage change. On panels with more than one 12V breaker module, each module needs its own kit.
