For optimal installation, the winch requires five M6 (1/4 in) countersunk head screws arranged on a 113mm (4 7/16 in) PCD. Lewmar recommends positioning the rope entry angle between 5° and 10° to the base axis of the winch. If necessary, a base wedge can be used to achieve the correct alignment.
