Overview
The Vimar ARKÉ Series is a flush-mounted USB outlet range for built-in charging points in protected interior spaces on board or ashore. It gives you a neat way to add USB access within an ARKÉ modular installation, so phones and other everyday devices can be charged without adding a separate charger faceplate.
Across the range, this is a one-module device with screw terminals, a matt finish, halogen-free thermoplastic construction, and IP20 protection. Height is 49 mm on all versions. Width is 22.3 mm on the grey outlet and 22.2 mm on the metal and white outlets. Depth is 41.4 mm on grey and 34.4 mm on metal and white, which matters when there is limited clearance behind the panel.
Key features
- Flush-mounted one-module format for ARKÉ modular installations
- USB outlet with screw terminals for fixed wiring connections
- Halogen-free thermoplastic body with a matt surface
- IP20 rating for protected interior locations
- Three finish options: Grey RAL 7015, Metal RAL 9007, and White RAL 9016
- Body depth varies by finish, with a shallower 34.4 mm profile on metal and white versions
Variants
This outlet is offered in three finish options within the same ARKÉ format.
What changes between variants is the finish, color, surface treatment, and the body depth behind the panel. The shared format remains consistent where verified, including flush-mounted installation, screw terminals, halogen-free thermoplastic construction, a matt surface, IP20 protection, and 49 mm overall height.
- VM19345: Grey finish, RAL 7015, untreated matt surface, 22.3 mm width, 41.4 mm depth. This version matches darker ARKÉ trim and uses the deeper body profile in the range.
- VM19345.M: Metal finish, aluminium tone, RAL 9007, lacquered matt surface, 22.2 mm width, 34.4 mm depth. The shallower body helps where space behind the mounting point is tighter.
- VM19345.B: White finish, RAL 9016, untreated matt surface, 22.2 mm width, 34.4 mm depth. This option suits lighter interiors and shares the shallow body depth of the metal version.
Installation and fit
This outlet is meant for flush-mounted installations in protected interior joinery or switch panels. Before ordering, it is worth checking that the mounting position matches the ARKÉ modular format and that the available depth behind the panel suits the chosen finish. On boats, the IP20 rating makes it a better fit for cabins, saloons, berth areas, and covered helm positions than for exposed deck locations or areas that see regular spray.
Use on board
This is a good match for builders and owners already using ARKÉ devices who want the USB point to sit in line with the rest of the switch system. It works well anywhere a low-profile charging point is useful in daily use, especially in interior spaces where crew and guests charge phones and other small USB devices.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
