Overview
The Vimar Plana Series is a flush-mount switching range, and this version uses two interlocked 1P NO push buttons rated at 10 A and 250 V~ with directional arrows on the front. It is made in halogen-free thermoplastic with a glossy surface and IP40 protection, so it suits protected interior installations where a paired directional control is needed.
The interlocked layout prevents both commands from being pressed at the same time, which is useful on circuits that run in opposite directions. On board, it fits best in enclosed helm, cabin, or utility-area panels where a neat modular control is needed and the mounting position stays sheltered from direct spray and washdowns.
Key features
- Two interlocked 1P NO push buttons, so both commands cannot be engaged at the same time
- 10 A, 250 V~ electrical rating for mains-voltage control circuits
- Directional arrows on the front for clear up and down or open and close identification
- Built-in flush mounting with snap fastening for a clean panel finish
- Halogen-free thermoplastic body with a glossy surface and IP40 protection for protected interior locations
- Front label space for circuit identification
Variants
This product is offered in two finish options within the Plana range.
The finish, color, and surface protection change between variants. The switching layout remains two interlocked 1P NO push buttons with directional arrows, rated at 10 A and 250 V~.
- VM14062: White finish, glossy surface, RAL 9003, with untreated surface protection. This keeps the front looking clean and simple on light-colored interior panels.
- VM14062.SL: Silver finish, glossy surface, RAL 9006, with lacquered surface protection. This gives the switch face a metallic look that works well with darker trim or mixed-finish switch panels.
Installation and fit
This device is built for flush installation and locks in place with snap engagement. The white version measures 22.30 mm wide, 49.00 mm high, and 37.00 mm deep, while the silver version keeps the same width and height with a depth of 37.10 mm. It is non-illuminated and includes a label space on the front.
Use on board
It suits boats that use Vimar Plana hardware in the cabin or other protected spaces and need a directional push control that stays tidy in a modular panel. Because the device is rated IP40, it belongs in dry, sheltered mounting positions rather than exposed exterior locations with salt spray, washdowns, or direct weather.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
