Overview
The Vimar S21 Standard 1P Switch is a 1-pole push button switch rated for 250 V AC and 2 A, with screw terminals, ring-nut fastening, and a built-in depth of 10 mm.
It uses a halogen-free thermoplastic body with a matte finish, a black housing, and a white control element. The face is not illuminated and carries no marking, which suits simple control points where a plain appearance is preferred.
For marine installations, this switch makes sense in protected interior panels, service spaces, and portable control points where the circuit load stays within its rating and the mounting area accepts a hole up to 10 mm.
Key features
- 1-pole push button switch rated 250 V AC, 2 A
- Screw terminal connection for secure rear wiring
- Fastening ring or ring-nut mounting for panel openings up to 10 mm
- 10 mm built-in depth for compact installation spaces
- Halogen-free thermoplastic body with matte black housing and white control element
- Non-illuminated face with no imprint for clean auxiliary control positions
Variants
This product is offered in two neck-size configurations within the same switch family.
The change between variants is the neck size and the mounting hardware arrangement. Both versions use push button operation, screw terminals, ring-nut fastening, a mounting hole up to 10 mm, and a 10 mm built-in depth.
- VM00750: Size 8 mm. This version uses the 8 mm neck format with mounted ring, which matters when matching an existing opening or hardware layout.
- VM00750.L: Size 12 mm. This version uses the 12 mm neck format with mounted ring and washer, which changes the fit at the panel surface.
Compatibility and fit
Before ordering, match the neck size in the variant list to the opening, collar, and hardware stack already used in your panel or portable lead. Also confirm that the circuit does not exceed 2 A at 250 V AC and that screw-terminal termination fits the wiring method in your installation.
This is a push button-operated switch, so it should be matched to the control function expected by the circuit. That matters when replacing a control that may look similar from the front but uses a different operating action behind the panel.
Use on board
This switch is a good match for boat owners, electricians, and builders working on protected auxiliary controls, portable lights, or small service circuits where a compact built-in switch is needed without illumination. It suits cabins, lockers, service panels, and other covered positions where the surrounding installation handles the environmental protection.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
