Overview
The TACO Marine 3-Rod Deluxe Poly Rod Rack is a surface-mount storage rack for keeping three fishing rods, plus knives and pliers, organized where they are easy to reach on board. It uses UV-stabilized polyethylene and has 1-3/4" inside diameter rod openings, making it a practical fit for cockpit, console, bulkhead, tackle station, or leaning post storage areas.
The rack works well on fishing boats where loose rods and tools need a fixed home without taking up deck space. The flared openings help guide rods in and out, while the slotted holder layout helps hold most conventional and spinning outfits in place during normal boat movement.
Key features
- Holds three rods in a compact surface-mount layout for cockpit, console, or bulkhead organization.
- 1-3/4" inside diameter rod openings suit common fishing rod handles and help confirm fit before installation.
- UV-stabilized polyethylene construction is suited to exposed marine use where sun, spray, and routine washdowns are part of the environment.
- Integrated knife and pliers slots keep frequently used fishing tools close to the rods instead of loose in a drawer or tackle tray.
- Flared rod openings make rods easier to load and remove when working quickly around the cockpit.
- Slotted rod holders help secure most conventional and spinning outfits during normal use on board.
- Made in the USA and backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
Variants
This rack is offered in two color configurations so it can match the look of the mounting area.
The color changes between variants. The 3-rod layout, 1-3/4" inside diameter rod openings, UV-stabilized polyethylene construction, integrated knife and pliers storage, and surface-mount format remain consistent across the range.
- P03-063W: Color White. The white version blends naturally with white gelcoat, consoles, leaning posts, and other common fiberglass surfaces.
- P03-063B: Color Black. The black version suits darker trim areas, black hardware packages, and mounting locations where a more defined contrast is preferred.
Installation and use on board
This rack is intended for surface mounting in a location that gives rods enough vertical clearance and keeps tool slots accessible. Before fastening it in place, check the swing path of nearby hatches, seats, cooler lids, and tackle drawers so rods can be loaded and removed without interference.
For fishing crews, it is a good match when rods need to be staged near the cockpit, helm, or tackle station while keeping knives and pliers in the same working zone. It also helps clean up storage on smaller boats where every open section of deck and gunwale space matters.
Maintenance and care
Rinse the rack with fresh water after saltwater use, especially around the rod openings and tool slots where salt and grit can collect. Use mild soap when needed and avoid harsh solvents that may mark plastic surfaces.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
