Overview

The Raymarine E70635-00-NAG is a 7 inch multifunction display with built-in RealVision 3D sonar hardware, a 1024 x 600 IPS touchscreen, and North America Navionics chart coverage. This version is sold without a transducer, so it fits installs where the transducer will be chosen separately or where an existing compatible setup is already in place.

For a helm that needs charting, sonar, and network expansion in one screen, this unit keeps the footprint manageable while still covering the basics that matter on the water. It runs on 12 V nominal power with an 8 to 16 V dc operating range, carries IPX6 and IPX7 protection, and uses an internal GNSS receiver with a 10 Hz refresh rate for fast vessel position updates.

It makes sense as a main display on smaller fishing boats, bay boats, coastal cruisers, and sailboats with limited dash space. It also works well as a second station display when the boat already has a larger networked system and the owner wants another screen for charting, sonar, or data pages.

Key features
  • 7 inch IPS touchscreen with WSVGA 1024 x 600 resolution, wide 85 degree viewing angles, and a screen coating that sheds water, oil, and smudges.
  • Built-in RealVision 3D and 600 W sonar module with CHIRP, DownVision, SideVision, and RealVision 3D support when paired with a compatible transducer sold separately.
  • Internal GNSS receiver supports GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou with a 10 Hz update rate for smooth position tracking.
  • RayNet Ethernet, NMEA 2000, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB Micro B, and microSDXC support make it easier to grow the system over time.
  • Works with LightHouse, Navionics, and C-MAP chart formats, and this package includes North America Navionics chart coverage.
  • Surface, flush, and trunnion mounting options give more freedom when working around a tight helm layout.
Compatibility and fit

For surface or flush mounting, the front footprint is 201.1 x 133 mm. Depth behind the face reaches 218 mm with straight connectors, so cable clearance should be checked before cutting the dash. If trunnion mounting suits the helm better, the supplied bracket brings overall size to 250.4 x 162.5 mm.

The rear connection set is practical for modern marine networks. There is a 25 pin RealVision transducer port, one RayNet Ethernet port, a microSDXC slot, USB Micro B, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. NMEA 2000 connects through the supplied power cable, and the included DeviceNet to SeaTalkNG adapter helps when the boat already uses a SeaTalkNG backbone.

Electrical and system integration

This is a 12 V unit with a maximum power draw of 9.84 W for the RV version. That keeps electrical demand modest for smaller boats and makes it easy to add at a console, hardtop box, or secondary helm without treating it like a heavy-load accessory. A 7 A fuse is specified for the power feed.

On a networked boat, it can share data with compatible displays and accessories over RayNet and NMEA 2000. It is also a sensible upgrade path for owners who want chartplotting now and want to add the sonar transducer later instead of changing the display again.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
