Overview
The Vimar Plana Series MINI-COM Panduit adaptor is a modular insert for structured wiring points that use Panduit MINI-COM modules in Plana installations. It gives the module a dedicated place in the outlet position while keeping the opening aligned with the rest of the plate layout.
The adaptor measures 22.30 mm wide, 49.00 mm high, and 20.50 mm deep. It includes a front label space and uses an open face without a hinged lid, which helps when the connection point needs to stay visible for identification and routine access.
On board, this type of adaptor fits best in interior locations such as helm panels, nav stations, cabins, and service areas where structured cabling needs a neat finish inside a Vimar Plana setup.
Key features
- Made for Panduit MINI-COM modules in Vimar Plana structured wiring positions
- Compact 22.30 x 49.00 x 20.50 mm format for tight panel layouts
- Front label space helps identify network or signal runs at the outlet point
- Open face without a hinged lid keeps the module accessible for inspection and use
- Available in white RAL 9003 or silver RAL 9006 to match surrounding trim
Variants
This range is offered in two finish options for the same MINI-COM Panduit adaptor format.
The finish changes between variants. The overall dimensions, front label space, and open face without a hinged lid stay the same across both listed versions.
- VM14340.C.SL: Silver finish, RAL 9006. This version matches Plana installations that use silver trim and keeps the outlet point visually consistent across the panel.
- VM14340.C: White finish, RAL 9003. This version suits Plana installations with white trim for a lighter look in cabins, nav stations, and other interior mounting points.
Compatibility and fit
This adaptor is intended for installations built around Vimar Plana devices and Panduit MINI-COM modules. It is the adaptor itself rather than the communication module, so it fits projects where the required MINI-COM insert is already specified for the vessel.
Before ordering, check that the surrounding support and cover plate family on board belong to the Plana range and that the finish matches the rest of the outlet position.
Use on board
This adaptor is a good match for refits and new builds that already use Vimar Plana accessories and want structured wiring points to stay consistent across the boat. The label window is especially useful where several low-voltage lines terminate in the same console, cabin, or service panel.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
