Overview
The Perko 0504DP0CHR is a water outlet fitting for on-board washdown systems, built with a chrome-plated bronze body, a 1/2" NPT pipe connection, and a 2-3/4" outside flange. It gives you a dedicated outlet point for a washdown hose while keeping the exterior connection capped when the hose is not attached.
This fitting uses a standard male hose connector on the outlet side, along with a black polymer watertight plug and a stainless steel bead chain. That layout works well on boats where the washdown outlet stays exposed to spray and weather and needs to be closed off between uses.
It makes sense on boats that already have a washdown pump and plumbing in place and need a clean, permanent hose connection near the cockpit, deck, or another service area. The chrome-plated bronze body also gives the outlet a finished look where the fitting stays visible.
Key features
- Chrome-plated bronze body for a metal washdown outlet fitting with a finished exterior look
- Standard male hose connector for direct hose hookup at the outlet
- Black polymer watertight plug closes the outlet when the hose is not connected
- Stainless steel bead chain keeps the plug attached to the fitting
- 1/2" NPT pipe size for the system-side plumbing connection
- 2-3/4" outside flange and #8 screw size for mounting layout reference
- Built for use with on-board washdown systems
Installation and fit
Before ordering, check that your washdown plumbing uses a 1/2" NPT connection and that your mounting area has room for the 2-3/4" flange. The listed #8 screw size is also useful when planning the fasteners and hole pattern at the installation point.
In use, the hose connects at the outlet only when needed, and the plug closes the fitting afterward to keep the opening sealed. This setup is a practical match for routine deck rinse-down, cockpit cleanup, and other washdown jobs where you want the outlet ready without leaving it open all the time.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
