Overview
The Vimar VMV54303 is a 3-module floor mounting box for Eikon, Arké, Plana, and Neve devices that installs on the V54903 floor box for a flush floor location.
It has a metal body with a 120 mm x 120 mm footprint and 60.5 mm depth, which helps when you are planning clearances under a sole or raised platform. Three conduit inlets make cable routing into the floor box cleaner and easier to service later.
This kind of hardware is a good match when you are building out a tidy switching or power point at floor level and you want the device mounting to stay rigid even with vibration and regular foot traffic.

Compatibility and fit
This mounting box is meant for 3-module layouts using devices from the Eikon, Arké, Plana, and Neve families. Before cutting or committing to placement, confirm you are building a 3-module point and that your floor box is the V54903 so the parts line up correctly.
Because this is floor hardware, it is worth checking underside clearance for wiring bend radius, conduit runs, and any structure below the sole.
Installation and setup
The unit mounts by screwing down to the floor box, and the three conduit inlets let you route incoming cables in a controlled way instead of relying on loose pass-throughs. Plan your cable paths so the device modules can be removed later without having to pull the whole run.
Since there are no strain relieves built in, add your own cable support in the floor box or just outside it, especially in areas that see movement or vibration. Keeping wires supported reduces stress on terminals and helps prevent intermittent faults over time.
Use on board
Common placements are cabin soles, helm areas, and workspaces where you want a clean switching point or a serviceable outlet location without adding a surface box. It also suits refits where existing Vimar device families are already used elsewhere on the boat and you want the same module format at floor level.
Maintenance and care
Periodically check that mounting screws stay snug and that the wiring inside the box is still properly supported. If the floor area is exposed to wet gear or washdowns, keeping the opening clean and free of grit helps prevent wear on the installed modules.

We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
