Overview
The Vimar VM19614 is a 4-module mounting frame with screws for 4-module mounting boxes in the ARKÉ system. It is a flush-mounted holder for modular switching devices, keeping modules aligned so the finished plate sits cleanly once installed.
This frame supports mounting in horizontal or vertical orientation and is sized for 4 modules across (1 module high). Module inserts mount from the front side, which helps when you are building out a panel and want a tidy fit behind the faceplate.
On boats, this type of frame is commonly used for interior switch and outlet groupings at the helm, nav station, or cabin panels where you are fitting ARKÉ modules into a recessed box and want a rigid mounting point that stays put under vibration.
Key features
- Holds up to 4 modules horizontally (1 module vertically) for ARKÉ modular device layouts.
- Flush-mounted design with screw fixing for a stable install in a recessed mounting box.
- Mounts in horizontal or vertical direction to match panel layout and available space.
- Front-side mounting of module inserts for straightforward assembly and service access.
- Thermoplastic construction.
- Not suitable for 60 mm round junction boxes, floor boxes, wall ducts, or 35 mm DIN-rail mounting.
Compatibility and fit
This mounting frame is intended for 4-module mounting boxes used with the ARKÉ range. It is not made to adapt to 60 mm round junction boxes, and it is not intended for installations that rely on floor box systems, wall duct systems, or DIN rail carriers.
When confirming fit, match the box and plate format to the ARKÉ modular system and make sure your panel cutout and box depth allow a flush install without putting pressure on the wiring behind the modules.
Installation and setup
The frame fixes into the mounting box using screws, then the modular inserts are installed from the front side before the cover plate is fitted. This approach works well for refits where access is from the finished side of the panel.
If you are installing on a vessel, plan cable routing and strain relief so the modules are not loaded by wiring movement, especially in consoles and bulkheads that see frequent vibration.
Materials and corrosion considerations
The frame is made from thermoplastic. In marine interiors, keep the mounting location protected from direct spray and washdowns, and pair it with appropriate enclosures and faceplates for the environment where it will be used.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
