Overview
The Vimar VM19603 is a 2-module mounting frame for ARKÉ modular devices, made to fit 60 mm fixing centres or a 56x56 mm mounting box with 71 mm distance between centres. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and modules insert from the front for straightforward wiring and service access.
The translucent body makes it easier to see conductor routing as you work, and the honeycomb structure adds strength where the frame takes load from the box and faceplate. On a boat, this is the small part that keeps switches and outlets sitting straight behind the plate, especially in panels that see vibration over time.
Key features
- 2-module ARKÉ mounting frame with 71 mm distance between centres
- Fits 60 mm fixing centres or 56x56 mm mounting boxes
- Horizontal or vertical installation
- Front-side module insertion for easier wiring and device removal
- Translucent thermoplastic frame to help visibility during installation
- Honeycomb structure to support the assembly and resist flexing
- Corner slots for panel fixing and central slots to help level the support in the wall
- Hooking teeth for building multi-module runs in series
- Supplied without screws
Compatibility and fit
This frame is sized for ARKÉ modular device layouts using 2 modules across with 71 mm spacing between module centres. It mounts to flush-mount boxes with 60 mm fixing centres and also matches 56x56 mm mounting boxes.
If your boat uses round 60 mm junction boxes, note that this frame is not intended for that style of round box. For refits, it is also a good match when you are replacing an existing ARKÉ 2-module support and want the same box spacing and module layout.
Installation and wiring notes
The frame fixes to the mounting box with screws, and the module inserts clip in from the front once the support is secured and level. The corner and central slots give you a little flexibility when aligning a faceplate on a bulkhead panel or cabinetry cutout.
In marine panels, leave enough service loop to pull devices forward for inspection, and secure wiring so it cannot chafe on the box edge under vibration. Any moisture protection is determined by the box, gasket, and faceplate you use, not the frame itself.
Use on board
This is a practical part for helm consoles, nav stations, cabin bulkheads, and electrical panels where you are building out an ARKÉ switching or outlet layout and want clean alignment behind the plate. It suits installers who need a tidy, repeatable modular mounting system for multiple circuits in one location.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
