Overview

The Perko Pole Storage Clips is a soft polymer clip set for storing removable pole lights, gaffs, deck brushes, and other round handled boat accessories on board. It keeps loose poles off the deck, out of lockers, and close at hand when a navigation light or deck tool needs to be fitted quickly.

The clips are UV stabilized for exposed marine areas and are available for 3/4 inch or 7/8 inch pole outside diameter, depending on the selected variant. This product is offered in three configurations. The variants change by color and the pole outside diameter they are made to hold.

The clip style, UV stabilized soft polymer construction, dimensions, and #10 P.H. screw size remain consistent across the listed configurations.

• 0477DP0BLK: Black, for 3/4 inch pole O.D. A good match where dark deck hardware, black trim, or a less noticeable storage point works better visually.
• 0477DP0WHT: White, for 3/4 inch pole O.D. The white finish suits lighter fiberglass areas and helps the clip blend into many cockpit or cabin mounting spots.
• 0477DP1BLK: Black, for 7/8 inch pole O.D. This version fits the larger pole size while keeping the same low profile storage function.

Installation and use

Before mounting, confirm the outside diameter of the pole or handled accessory that will be stored in the clips. Position the pair so the pole is supported without strain, with enough clearance to remove it by hand even when the boat is moving or the storage area is full.

These clips work well for boats that use removable all-round lights, spare pole lights, deck brushes, or fishing and utility gear that needs a fixed storage point instead of sliding around in a locker. For exposed or wet locations, use suitable marine fasteners and seal the mounting holes as appropriate for the surface.
