The Perko 0481DP0BLK is a replacement cap, gasket, and liner kit for the Perko 0452 angled flush-mount fishing rod holder. It includes a soft black flange gasket with an integral flip-up cap and a soft black lip liner, giving worn holders a clean working top edge again without replacing the full holder body.

This kit matches the 65 degree flush-mount 0452 holder. That holder uses a 2 in. outside-diameter tube, a 1-5/8 in. inside diameter, and a 4-1/8 x 3-3/8 in. flange, which helps when you are checking the spare parts already installed on the boat.

On boats that fish regularly, the cap and liner are often the first parts to show wear from spray, sun, and repeated rod movement. Replacing those pieces is a practical way to keep the holder covered when it is not in use and restore the liner surface at the opening.
