Overview

The Attwood Marine XFS Multi-Function LED Sport Light is a portable LED work and deck light for boaters who need useful lighting without wiring into the vessel. It runs on six AA batteries, so it can move from a rod holder to a clamp point, cockpit area, dock box, tender, or campsite without taking power from a 12V or 24V system.

The light combines a white flood beam up to 300 lumens, a 50 lumen red beam for night use, and a UV mode for charging UV fishing lures and line. Variants

This XFS Multi-Function LED Sport Light is offered in two finish configurations for different deck layouts and visual preferences.

The finish is the only listed difference between these variants. The light functions, battery operation, mounting options, 360° rotation, rod-holder adapter, and clamp mounting arrangement remain consistent across the range.

• 14185XFS-7: Marine Gray finish. This neutral finish suits most console, cockpit, utility, and general marine accessory setups where a simple equipment look is preferred.
• 14187XFS-7: Realtree Max-5 Camouflage finish. This camo finish is a closer visual match for fishing and hunting setups where the light may be used on skiffs, jon boats, duck boats, or shore-side gear.

Installation and use

Because this is a battery-powered portable light, installation is mainly about placing it securely and aiming it correctly. The clamp works well when a temporary mounting point is needed, while the rod-holder adapter is useful on fishing boats where an Attwood rod holder mount is already part of the setup.

This light is a good match for boat owners who want quick task lighting for night fishing, dockside loading, cockpit cleanup, lure rigging, or general deck visibility without adding permanent wiring.
