Overview

The Garmin 010-02366-61 is a 9 inch touchscreen chartplotter and fishfinder combo with a WXGA 1280 x 720 display, built-in sonar, and preloaded Garmin Navionics+ charts for the U.S. and Canada. It runs on 10 to 32 Vdc, so it fits 12V and 24V boats, and the housing is rated IPX7 for spray and washdowns.

For sonar, it has built-in Ultra High-Definition SideVü and ClearVü scanning, and it supports 1 kW CHIRP traditional sonar. Sonar functions require a compatible 12-pin transducer (not included), and it can also work with Panoptix or LiveScope live sonar with a separate transducer.

At the helm, it’s built to be the hub for a Garmin system with Garmin Marine Network plus NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, and J1939 connections, so you can share data with compatible engines, sensors, and onboard electronics.

Key features
  • 9.0 inch WXGA touchscreen (1280 x 720) for a clear helm view in a compact dash footprint
  • IPX7 water rating and a housing built from polycarbonate plastic with die-cast aluminum
  • Power input from 10 to 32 Vdc with a 6 A, 125 V fast-acting fuse on the power lead
  • Built-in Ultra High-Definition SideVü and ClearVü scanning sonar plus 1 kW CHIRP traditional sonar support through the 12-pin transducer port (transducer not included)
  • Preloaded Garmin Navionics+ offshore, coastal, and inland charts for the U.S. and Canada
  • Network and system connections include Garmin Marine Network, NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183 (one transmit and one receive), and J1939
  • One composite video input (BNC), one external GPS antenna port (BNC), and wireless connectivity for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and ANT+
  • Two microSD card slots for charts and data (up to 32 GB card size)

Compatibility and fit

The unit measures 233.0 x 162.3 x 75.8 mm (9 3/16 x 6 3/8 x 3 in.) and weighs 1.6 kg (3.6 lb.). For compass placement, keep it at least 30 cm (11.81 in.) from a magnetic compass. Operating temperature range is from -15 to 55 C (5 to 131 F), which covers most open-helm and enclosed-helm installs.

Installation and setup

Mounting hardware for bail mounting and flush mounting is included. When planning a flush install, leave room for cable bend and strain relief behind the unit, and avoid a flat horizontal surface for flush mounting; a vertical or angled dash works best. The protective cover is handy when the boat lives outside or the helm sees regular spray.

Electrical and system integration

This chartplotter is powered through its wiring harness, not through the NMEA 2000 network. On a 12V system, typical current draw for sonar models is 1.37 A, with a maximum current draw of 3.20 A, so it should be on a properly fused, switched circuit. If you are adding it to an existing NMEA 2000 backbone, powering the backbone through an ignition switch or in-line switch helps prevent network devices from drawing the battery down when the boat is off.

For networking, use Garmin Marine Network for sharing data like charts and sonar with compatible devices on the boat, and use NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, or J1939 where that fits your engine and instrument setup. Composite video input can bring a compatible camera feed onto the screen and share it across the Garmin Marine Network.

Use on board

This is a good match for boats that want a 9 inch helm display with built-in scanning sonar and the wiring flexibility to tie into a mixed system that includes NMEA instruments, engine data, and networked Garmin accessories. It fits well on bay boats, center consoles, and cruisers where dash space is limited but you still want a full chart and sonar view in one screen.

Maintenance and care

IPX7 covers rain, spray, and normal washdowns, but it is still worth keeping connectors dry during service and avoiding high-pressure spray directly at the rear connections. If the helm gets regular sun and salt, rinsing with fresh water and using the cover when the boat is not in use helps keep the touchscreen and bezel looking clean.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
