Overview
The Garmin 010-12504-03 is a flush-mount gasket for Garmin VHF 110, VHF 110i, and VHF 115 fixed-mount marine radios.
It sits between the radio face and the dash or console cutout, helping close up small gaps and reducing the path for spray to work behind the panel in everyday marine use. It also leaves a cleaner edge around the radio, which is especially noticeable on a helm.
This part is sold as a single gasket and is specific to the VHF 110/110i/115 mounting footprint rather than a universal seal.
Key features
- Made for flush-mount installations on Garmin VHF 110, VHF 110i, and VHF 115 radios
- Creates a sealing surface between the radio and the dash or console cutout
- Helps take up minor panel irregularities so the radio face sits cleaner against the mounting surface
- Useful when re-installing a radio after service, refitting a helm panel, or replacing a worn gasket
- Sold as one gasket
Compatibility and fit
This gasket is intended for the Garmin VHF 110, VHF 110i, and VHF 115 chassis. It is not a generic sheet gasket, so it will not match other VHF models that use a different front flange or cutout.
It applies to flush mounting through a panel. If your radio is on a bail mount, this gasket typically is not part of that mounting method.
Installation and setup
During a flush-mount install, place the gasket between the radio face and the panel opening so it sits evenly all the way around. A clean, flat mounting surface helps the gasket seal consistently, especially on textured fiberglass or older panels with paint buildup.
Tighten the mounting hardware gradually and evenly so the gasket compresses without pinching. If you are replacing an older gasket, remove any residue from the panel before fitting the new one.
Use on board
This is a good match for boats where the VHF is mounted in the helm face, cockpit console, or hardtop electronics box and the area sees regular washdowns or spray. It is also handy for refits where you want the radio to sit flush and look finished against a new dash panel.
Maintenance and care
Check the gasket whenever you pull the radio for service. If it looks flattened, torn, or no longer sits evenly, replacing it helps keep the panel interface tidy and better sealed.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
