Overview

The Lopolight 201-010-B is a white masthead (steaming) navigation light with a 225° beam and 2 nautical mile visibility, built for vertical mounting on boats up to 12 m (39.4 ft).

It runs on 10-32 VDC for 12V and 24V systems and uses LED output for low current draw. The housing is sealed to an IP68 rating and comes in a black finish for installs where glare control and a low-profile look matter on the mast or cabin structure.

Key features
  • 2 NM masthead light with a 225° white beam for power-driven vessels under way
  • For vessels up to 12 m (39.4 ft)
  • 10-32 VDC input for 12V and 24V electrical systems
  • IP68 sealing for heavy weather, washdowns, and exposed mast installations
  • Black anodized aluminum housing with potted internals for water and vibration resistance
  • Short lead for clean installs: 2.3 ft (0.7 m) cable with rear exit
  • Meets COLREG72 and EN14744 requirements and is recognized for USCG use; IEC 60945 listed
Compatibility and fit

This is a masthead (steaming) light, meaning it is the forward-facing white light used when a power-driven vessel is under way. The 225° beam pattern is intended for mounting on a vertical surface so the light projects forward with the correct sector.

Installation and wiring

The vertical-mount body suits mast faces, bulkheads, and other flat vertical surfaces where you can keep the light square and unobstructed. With a 0.7 m lead, most installs route the cable into the structure and make the long run from a protected splice point or junction inside the mast or cabin top, keeping connections out of direct spray.

Materials and sealing

The light uses a precision-machined anodized aluminum housing and a PMMA light guide. The electronics are sealed and potted, which helps when the light lives in the vibration and constant exposure that comes with mast and hardtop mounting.

Use on board

This is a good match for small powerboats and sailboats up to 12 m that need a compact masthead light for coastal cruising, night runs, and early-morning departures. It also makes sense on boats that see frequent saltwater spray and want an IP68-rated fixture rather than a lightly sealed housing.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
