Overview

The Garmin 010-02366-02 is a 9-inch GPS chartplotter and fishfinder combo with a 1280 x 720 IPS touchscreen, built-in SideVü, ClearVü, and 1 kW CHIRP traditional sonar, plus a worldwide basemap.

It runs on 10 to 32 Vdc for 12V and 24V systems, and it carries an IPX7 water rating for the kind of spray and washdowns a helm takes. The unit measures 9 3/16 x 6 3/8 x 3 in. (233.0 x 162.3 x 75.8 mm), and it mounts with a bail bracket, a flush kit, or a flat mount depending on your dash layout.

Key features
  • 9-inch IPS touchscreen with WXGA 1280 x 720 resolution for chart and sonar detail at a glance.
  • Built-in Ultra High-Definition SideVü and ClearVü scanning sonar plus 1 kW CHIRP traditional sonar; a compatible transducer is required and sold separately.
  • Input voltage from 10 to 32 Vdc with a 6 A fast-acting fuse requirement in the power circuit.
  • Garmin Marine Network port for sharing data with compatible radar, sonar modules, and other networked Garmin displays.
  • NMEA 2000 support for heading sensors, engine gateways, and other backbone devices commonly found on modern boats.
  • NMEA 0183 differential input and output for tying into compatible legacy gear such as certain VHFs and autopilot systems.
  • Two microSD card slots (32 GB max card size) for chart cards, software updates, and user data.
  • Connections for J1939 engine network and composite video input (BNC) when those integrations are part of your helm plan.
Compatibility and system integration

This unit is a good fit when your boat already has, or is being upgraded to, a networked helm. NMEA 2000 handles common shared data like engine information and sensor data, while the Garmin Marine Network port is where higher-bandwidth accessories and display-to-display sharing typically live.

If you have older electronics still doing a job on the boat, the NMEA 0183 input and output can keep them in the loop. It also supports AIS target display and DSC position data when paired with compatible VHF and AIS gear.

Sonar and fishing setup

The built-in sounder covers traditional CHIRP as well as SideVü and ClearVü scanning, so you can build the transducer side around your hull type, deadrise, and the water you fish. Once the correct transducer is matched, you can split views for structure, bait, and bottom detail without adding another sonar box.

It also supports compatible Panoptix and Panoptix LiveScope sonar setups when paired with the required components, which is useful when you want a live view for jigging, spot-lock fishing, or watching fish move through structure.

Installation notes

You can bail mount for easy tilt adjustment, or flush mount for a cleaner dash. If your flush mount will block access to the back of the unit, plan your cables and install your microSD card before final fastening so you are not pulling the display back out later.

Give the back of the unit enough clearance for connectors and cable bend radius, and keep it at least 30 cm (11.81 in.) from a magnetic compass. Operating temperature is rated from -15 to 55 C, which covers typical open-console sun exposure and cold-weather trailering when the unit is installed in a sensible helm location.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
