Overview
The Victron Energy Single Fuse Holder is a single-position holder for fitting one MIDI, MEGA, or ANL fuse in a DC electrical system, depending on the selected variant. It gives installers a clean way to add fuse protection near a battery bank, inverter, charger, solar controller, or DC distribution feed without using a multi-way fuse block.
This product family is useful on boats where high-current DC protection needs to be accessible, serviceable, and mounted in a protected electrical area. Each version is matched to a specific fuse format, so the important fit check is the fuse type already specified for the circuit.
Key features
- Single-fuse layout for dedicated protection of one DC circuit or equipment feed.
- Available for MIDI, MEGA, and ANL fuse formats, matching common Victron DC distribution setups.
- Bolt-down fuse style helps keep high-current connections secure when installed with properly sized cable lugs and hardware.
- Practical for marine battery compartments, electrical lockers, inverter areas, and service panels where the holder can be mounted in a protected location.
- Simple holder format makes fuse inspection and replacement straightforward during routine electrical checks.
Variants
The product is offered in three configurations, each one matched to a different fuse type used in DC power distribution.
The fuse holder style varies by fuse format. The consistent purpose across the range is a single fuse mounting point for a dedicated DC circuit.
- CIP000050001 is the MIDI Fuse version. This configuration is used when the circuit protection plan calls for a MIDI fuse format.
- CIP000100001 is the MEGA Fuse version. This configuration is used when the circuit protection plan calls for a MEGA fuse format.
- CIP106100000 is the ANL Fuse version. This configuration is used when the circuit protection plan calls for an ANL fuse format.
Installation and setup
Mount the holder close to the circuit source, commonly near the battery positive connection or the protected DC bus, while still leaving enough room to inspect the fuse and service the cable terminations. On a boat, it should be placed in a dry, protected electrical space rather than an exposed deck or bilge location.
Fuse rating, cable size, crimp terminals, torque, and circuit placement should be selected as part of the full DC protection plan. The holder type must match the fuse type exactly, since MIDI, MEGA, and ANL fuses are not interchangeable.
Use cases on board
This holder suits refits and new installations where a single protected feed is needed for equipment such as an inverter, charger, DC distribution panel, or other high-current branch circuit. It is a good match for installers who want a simple fuse point rather than a larger multi-circuit block.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
