Overview
The Raymarine A80564 is a mounting adapter plate for fitting a Raymarine Axiom 9, Axiom+ 9, or Axiom 2 9 inch display into the helm space left by a legacy Raymarine C80 or E80 Classic multifunction display.
This adapter is for the physical installation, not for power, data, sonar, radar, or network conversion. It helps make a cleaner upgrade at the dash by using the older C80/E80 mounting area instead of leaving an oversized opening or requiring a full panel rebuild.
For boats being updated from older Raymarine navigation electronics, it is a practical fit item for helm stations, flybridges, pilothouses, and cockpit panels where the existing cutout needs to work with a newer 9 inch Axiom-family display.
Key features
- Fits Raymarine Axiom 9, Axiom+ 9, and Axiom 2 9 inch display installations when replacing a legacy C80 or E80 Classic display.
- Helps cover and adapt the existing C80/E80 mounting area for a cleaner panel finish during a chartplotter upgrade.
- Works as a mechanical mounting accessory only, so separate power, transducer, SeaTalk, RayNet, NMEA, and other system wiring requirements must be checked during the electronics upgrade.
- Useful for refits where the helm panel is being modernized without rebuilding the full dash face.
- Suited to fixed-mount display locations such as main helm consoles, flybridge stations, pilothouse panels, and protected cockpit dashboards.
Installation and setup
Before cutting, drilling, or final fastening, dry-fit the adapter plate, the display, and the existing dash opening together. Older helm panels can vary after years of previous installations, sealant, repairs, and screw-hole changes, so the test fit is worth doing before committing to the final layout.
This plate should be treated as one part of a complete electronics upgrade. The new display may require its own power cable, network cabling, mounting hardware, software setup, and accessory adapters depending on the vessel’s current Raymarine system and what equipment is staying on board.
Compatibility and fit
This adapter is meant for replacing a Raymarine C80 or E80 Classic multifunction display with a 9 inch Axiom-family display. It is not a universal GPS or chartplotter mount, and it should not be selected for other display sizes unless those models are specifically matched to this adapter.
It is a good match for owners, installers, and refit yards updating an older Raymarine helm while trying to keep the panel work neat and controlled. For saltwater boats, offshore fishing boats, cruising sailboats, and coastal powerboats, it helps solve the fit problem that often comes up when older electronics are removed from a finished console.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
