Because of the high density and tighter grain structure, this method produces the best mechanical qualities in a cast aluminum prop. Less flex and a faster prop result from stiffer blades. Another quality of this propeller is an ultra coat powder finish that is more durable than regular paint. It gives the propeller a glossy finish that enhances the boat's visuals and results in lesser abrasion and corrosion resistance.
