Overview
The Perko 1128 is a white masthead navigation light for vessels 20 meters to 50 meters in length. It has a 225 degree visibility arc and carries a 5 mile USCG visibility rating, making it a fit for larger power-driven boats that need a compliant forward white running light.
This light uses a black or white polymer housing depending on the selected variant, with a white lens and a double contact bayonet socket. It is pre-wired with 3 feet of 16/3-SO cable, which helps simplify routing at the mast, pilothouse top, hardtop, or other approved mounting location.
The overall height is 7-1/2 inches, with a 4-1/4 inch lens height and 1/4 inch screw size. The bulb is not included, and the light is built for 12V, 24V, or 120V bulb options using the required Perko 0374 bulb family for proper compliance.

Variants
This masthead light is offered in two housing color configurations.
The functional layout remains the same across the variants, while the housing color changes to suit the look of the mounting surface and surrounding hardware.
- 1128A00BLK: Black housing. This finish suits dark mast sections, hardtops, pilothouse trims, and installations where the light housing should blend into black hardware.
- 1128A00WHT: White housing. This finish suits white gelcoat, white pilothouse structures, and deck areas where a lighter housing keeps the installation visually clean.
Installation and electrical fit
Mount this light where the white masthead sector has the required forward visibility and is not blocked by rails, antennas, canvas, outriggers, radar equipment, or deck structures. The 3 foot cable lead gives the installer enough length to route into the vessel structure before connecting to the navigation light circuit.
Match the bulb voltage to the vessel system and use the required Perko 0374 bulb type for compliance. For 12V systems, the rated bulb load is 30 watts at 2.5 amps. For 24V systems, the rated bulb load is 30 watts at 1.25 amps. For 120V systems, the rated bulb load is 30 watts at 0.25 amps.
Use on board
This light fits larger cruising boats, commercial vessels, sportfishing boats, and workboats that need a traditional serviceable masthead light rather than a sealed LED unit. The access cap is useful on boats where bulb changes and lens cleaning may need to be handled during routine maintenance without disturbing the mounting base.

Processing and dispatch

If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
