Overview
The TACO Marine T10-3000-7 is an adjustable clamp-on pipe mount for securing a ShadeFin shade system on boats that do not have an open rod holder available. It fits 3/4 inch or 1 inch schedule-40 pipe, as well as 1-1/4 inch O.D. tube, making it useful on many hardtops, T-tops, rails, tower legs, and other round-tube mounting points.
The mount gives the ShadeFin a stable attachment point while still letting the user change the shade angle on the water. Adjustment is handled with a soft-touch knob, and the mount indexes every 15 degrees with safety detents so the ShadeFin can be aimed where coverage is needed as the sun moves.

Installation and fit

Before purchase, the pipe or tube diameter should be checked carefully against the supported sizes: 3/4 inch schedule-40 pipe, 1 inch schedule-40 pipe, or 1-1/4 inch outside-diameter tube.
Because the mount carries a shade accessory, the selected location should be a solid structural point with enough clearance for the ShadeFin to rotate and sit at the intended angle.
