Overview

The Garmin 010-12237-00 is a protective cover that fits over the front of a GNX 120 7-inch marine instrument to help keep the display face clean and protected when it is not in use.

On boats with an exposed helm, cockpit pod, or mast-mounted instruments, it helps keep sun, salt spray, and day-to-day scuffs from reaching the screen and bezel between trips.

Installation and use

With the GNX 120 already installed, press the cover into place over the front of the instrument until it sits flush. Remove the cover before operating the display, then reinstall it once you are done for the day.

If the cover picks up salt or grit, rinse it with fresh water and wipe it dry before putting it back on the instrument.
