Overview
The Jabsco 38045-3094RSP is a 24V DC Quiet Flush E2 marine toilet with a compact bowl for boats that already have an onboard pressurized freshwater system. It uses a solenoid valve rinse setup rather than a raw-water pump, and the touch panel gives you Eco, Normal, and Empty flush modes. Eco mode uses 1 liter per flush, which helps on boats where tank capacity and water use both matter.
This version uses the compact bowl format with a wooden seat and lid, and its overall size stays manageable in smaller heads at 14 x 13.9 x 16.3 inches (355 x 352 x 415 mm). The bowl inlet is 19 mm (3/4 inch), the discharge outlet is 25 mm (1 inch) with a 38 mm (1-1/2 inch) adaptor option, and the base and pump can be rotated to make hose routing easier when the compartment is tight.
Key features
- 24V DC freshwater model with solenoid valve for connection to the boat's existing pressurized freshwater system
- Touch sensor panel with Eco, Normal, and Empty flush modes, with Eco mode using 1 liter per flush
- Compact bowl footprint with overall dimensions of 14 x 13.9 x 16.3 inches (355 x 352 x 415 mm) and weight of 34.2 lbs (15.5 kg)
- Base can be oriented left, right, or rear, and the discharge pump can rotate 180 degrees to help with hose routing
- Straight or 90 degree discharge port options for tighter installations
- Quick-release pump assembly and discharge hose access for service without tools
- 19 mm (3/4 inch) bowl inlet and 25 mm (1 inch) discharge hose barb, with a 38 mm (1-1/2 inch) discharge adaptor option
- IP56-rated touch panel and control box with a 3 m link cable for flexible panel placement
Installation and fit
This toilet suits boats where the freshwater side is already handled by the vessel's pressure pump. The solenoid valve can be mounted in any orientation and needs a minimum inlet flow of 11 LPM (3 GPM). On the discharge side, the adjustable base position and pump orientation give more freedom when the toilet has to sit close to a bulkhead or where hose runs need to stay short and tucked aft.
Electrical and system integration
The electrical side is straightforward for a 24V boat. Operating range is 19.2 to 28.8 VDC, and the control box includes reverse-polarity protection. This model is intended for intermittent duty, which matches normal toilet use on board. Because the panel and control box carry an IP56 rating, the installation is better suited to heads that see spray, washdowns, or regular condensation than an open switch setup would be.
Materials and care
The bowl is glazed vitreous china and the base is ABS, so the unit has the familiar feel of a household toilet without the weight of an all-ceramic assembly. The compact version uses a wooden seat and lid with a baked enamel plastic coating. For normal cleaning, mild non-abrasive cleaners are the right choice.
Use on board
This is a good match for cruisers, sailboats, and smaller motorboats where head space is limited but electric flushing and easier service access still matter. The Empty mode is especially useful before getting underway or leaving the boat, since it clears standing water from the bowl and helps keep the compartment tidier in motion.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
