Overview

This light is rated for 3 nautical mile visibility with 360 degree all-round output and runs on 12V power at 1 amp. The LED is rated for 50,000 hours, and the electronics are built to handle shock, corrosion, and water exposure, which matters on boats that see spray, washdowns, vibration, and long periods in the sun.

The range is intended for power-driven vessels up to 65.4 feet, or 20 meters. It is a good match for center consoles, cruisers, pilot boats, and fishing boats using a powered folding light base where the helm needs control over stowing and deploying the navigation light.

The channel selection identifies the intended PowerBase configuration, so it should match the vessel setup or replacement requirement before ordering.

Compatibility and fit

This light is made for use with Attwood PowerBase light mounts. It should not be treated as a universal fixed-pole light for any deck socket or manual fold-down base unless the existing installation is confirmed as a compatible PowerBase light setup.

For replacement work, match the pole length and channel version to the existing light or the boat builder specification. On new installations, check the folded and deployed positions so the light clears antennas, radar, canvas frames, outriggers, and storage height limits.

Electrical and installation notes

The 12V, 1 amp electrical requirement makes this light suitable for typical 12V marine DC systems. Wiring should be protected with the correct circuit protection for the vessel and routed to avoid chafe, pinch points, and water collection around the base.

Because this light is often mounted on hardtops or elevated arches, the installation should be checked from both the helm and the deck. The light needs a clear field of visibility when deployed, and the folding path needs to remain free of gear that could block movement.

Processing and dispatch

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
