Overview
The Lopolight 301-107 Series is an amber towing navigation light for vertical mounting with a 3 nautical mile visibility rating and a 135° sector for the stern towing light position on vessels over 50 m (164 ft).
It runs on 10-32 VDC for 12 V or 24 V systems, draws 2.2 W (154 mA at 12 V, 90 mA at 24 V), and carries an IP68 rating for wet, exposed mounting. Each version is pre-cabled with a 2.5 m shielded marine-grade cable, and the anodized aluminum housing uses a PMMA lens with A4 stainless mounting screws.

- Amber towing light with 3 nm visibility rating and 135° sector
- Vertical mount format for stern towing light installations on vessels over 50 m (164 ft)
- 10-32 VDC input for 12 V and 24 V DC systems
- 2.2 W draw (154 mA at 12 V, 90 mA at 24 V)
- IP68 rating for wet, exposed mounting locations
- Pre-cabled with 2.5 m shielded marine-grade cable

Variants
The series is offered in four configurations that change the housing finish and the stack format.
All versions share the same 3 nm, 135° amber towing output, vertical mounting, 10-32 VDC input, IP68 sealing, and 2.5 m pre-attached cable. Single Stack uses the smaller rectangular housing (86.2 x 28 x 57.75 mm, 0.43 kg), while Double Stack uses the larger round housing (Ø92.5 mm x 96.5 mm, 0.99 kg) labeled as double amber towing.
- 301-107: Finish Silver, Style Single Stack. Compact rectangular housing for installations with limited mounting surface.
- 301-107-B: Finish Black, Style Single Stack. Same compact format with a black anodized housing that blends with darker hardware.
- 301-107ST: Finish Silver, Style Double Stack. Round housing (Ø92.5 mm x 96.5 mm) in a double amber towing configuration.
- 301-107ST-B: Finish Black, Style Double Stack. Same round, double amber towing format with a black anodized housing.
Installation and setup
Mount the light on a vertical surface where it has a clear view of the required 135° sector, then route the cable with a drip loop and protect it from chafe at the transom or mast structure. Power it from a 10-32 VDC navigation light circuit, and use at least 0.5 mm² (AWG 22) supply wiring; add overcurrent protection in the feed per your vessel's wiring plan.
Compatibility and compliance
This is a towing light for the stern position under COLREG, intended for vessels over 50 m (164 ft). It is approved to COLREG72 and EN14744, and it is USCG approved; the series is also listed to IEC 60945 and IACS E10 for marine electronics environments.
A towing light is only one part of the full navigation light set, so confirm your complete light plan and mounting heights before installation.
What's included
- Navigation light, pre-cabled with 2.5 m shielded marine-grade cable
- 2 mounting screws (M6 x 8 mm)
- Installation guide
Maintenance and care
Rinse salt residue from the lens and housing during routine washdowns and keep the cable entry and fasteners tight. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the PMMA lens so the light output stays consistent.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
