Overview
The Lopolight 200-024 Series is a 2 NM, 180° white navigation light for vertical mounting on vessels up to 50 m (164 ft). It is a low-profile sector light that sits flat to a vertical surface, which helps when you are working with tight mounting space on a mast, hardtop, cabin side, or transom structure.
Power is 10 to 32 VDC for both 12 V and 24 V systems. Typical current draw is 137 mA at 12 VDC and 80 mA at 24 VDC, which keeps the load modest on a nav-light circuit.
The housing is sealed to IP68 and the interior is potted to handle spray, washdowns, and vibration. Single-stack versions measure 104 x 37 x 45 mm.
Key features
- 2 NM visibility with a 180° white sector
- 10 to 32 VDC input for 12 V and 24 V systems

- Vertical mounting, with installation options from the front or from the back
- Approved to COLREG72, EN14744, IEC 60945, and USCG
- Typical current draw: 137 mA at 12 VDC and 80 mA at 24 VDC
- Operating temperature range: -25°C to 55°C
- Finish options include silver anodized aluminum, black anodized aluminum, or a white ceramic-coated finish
Variants
This series is offered with two build styles and three finish options. Style choices are Single Stack and Double Stack, which changes the overall housing size at the mounting point.
Finish options are Silver, Black, or White. The white finish uses a ceramic-coated housing, while the silver and black finishes use anodized aluminum. Across the range, the light output stays white with a 180° sector, 2 NM visibility, and 10 to 32 VDC input.
Installation and setup
Plan the mounting location so the light has a clean line of sight across its 180° sector and is oriented correctly for the required arc. Because it is a vertical-mount light, it is commonly fitted to a flat or lightly curved surface where you can secure the body and route the cable into a dry area behind the mounting panel.
When installing in exposed areas, pay attention to bedding and fastener sealing so water does not track into the core or wiring chase. After installation, a quick hose-down check is a practical way to confirm the mounting surface and cable entry stay dry.
Electrical and system integration
Connect the light to a 10 to 32 VDC navigation-light circuit through a properly protected switch or controller. Keep splices and terminations in a dry location when possible, and use marine-grade connectors and tinned conductors to reduce corrosion in a saltwater environment.
Materials and corrosion resistance
The lens is PMMA, and the fasteners are A4 stainless steel. Housing finish depends on the variant, with anodized aluminum options in silver or black and a ceramic-coated option in white. Regular freshwater rinsing after saltwater runs helps keep the finish and lens clear, especially when the light is mounted where it sees spray.
Compatibility and compliance
This is a certified 2 NM navigation light approved to COLREG72, EN14744, IEC 60945, and USCG. Because it is a 180° white sector light, confirm that a 180° arc and white color match the specific function you are fitting on your vessel and the placement rules for your size and class.
Use on board
This light is a good match for owners and installers who need a 180° white sector light in a compact form factor and want compatibility with either 12 V or 24 V electrical systems. It also suits mounting spots that see frequent washdowns, such as a hardtop face, mast structure, or other exposed vertical surfaces.
