Overview
The Vimar Eikon EVO 21644 is a 6-module metal cover plate that finishes an Eikon EVO control point with a clean, flush front face. It is sized for a 2+2+2 module layout with 71 mm between centres, and the plate measures about 95.4 mm wide by 237.4 mm tall with a depth around 9.6 mm.
It mounts by clamp fixing onto the matching Eikon EVO support frame once your inserts are installed. The plate is rated IP00, so it belongs in dry interior areas such as cabins, saloons, nav stations, and enclosed helms where spray and washdowns are not hitting the faceplate.
Key features
- 6-module format (2+2+2) with 71 mm centre distance for Eikon EVO installations
- Aluminium cover plate with a metal surface finish for a clean, low-profile appearance
- Can be installed horizontally or vertically to suit the box and device layout
- Clamp mounting for straightforward plate changes during refits and finish updates
- IP00 rating for protected interior locations
- Wide finish range to match surrounding joinery, hardware, and other Eikon EVO plates
Variants
This cover plate is offered in many finishes, including Black Sapphire, Black, Titanium, Bronze, Dark Bronze, Gold, Satin Gold, Silver, Total White, polished aluminium, Gray, Lava Gray, Polished Gold, and special finishes such as Crystal Water, Diamant White, Silver Ice, Black Diamond, Pearl Gray, Total Black Diamond, Bronze Mirror, Total White Diamond, and Opal Brown.
Across the range, the module format stays the same and the visible finish is what changes, so selection typically comes down to how the plate should look next to surrounding trim, lighting, and other plates on the vessel.
Compatibility and fit
Use this plate only with Vimar Eikon EVO supports and inserts laid out as 6 modules in a 2+2+2 arrangement. Before ordering, confirm your installation matches the 71 mm centre spacing and that the panel cut-out and mounting surface allow the plate footprint to sit flat.
Installation and setup
Isolate power at the breaker, then remove the existing cover plate from the support frame. After checking that the inserts sit flush and the wiring is dressed clear of the edges, align the new plate and secure it using the clamp mounting points on the frame so it sits even against the surface.
Use on board
This is a good match for refits that are standardizing on Eikon EVO devices and want a metal front finish that ties into interior hardware. In high-moisture zones such as open cockpits, wet lockers, or exposed deck consoles, plan for a protected enclosure or a drier mounting location since the plate itself is not a weather-sealing cover.
Maintenance and care
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap solution, then dry to prevent water spotting. Avoid abrasives and aggressive solvents that can dull or mark metal finishes over time.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
