Overview
The Raymarine E70483-00-102 is a 15.6-inch multifunction display with built-in single-channel CHIRP sonar and the LightHouse NC3 North America Lakes and Coastal Tide Stations chart package. Its 1920 x 1080 IPS screen is optically bonded and rated at 1200 nits, so chart detail, radar returns, and sonar history stay readable from open daylight helms to enclosed cabins.
This version ships without a transducer, which matters if you are replacing an older display or building a system around an existing sounder setup. It runs on 12V or 24V systems with an 8 to 32 V DC input range, carries IPX6 and IPX7 protection, and uses HybridTouch control so you can work from the touchscreen or the keypad when spray, gloves, or rough water make touch-only operation less convenient.
On the network side, it has an internal GNSS receiver for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and Beidou, plus NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, dual RayNet Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, analog video input, and two front microSDXC slots. That makes it practical as a main helm display on boats that need charts, radar, autopilot, AIS, cameras, and sonar on one screen.
Key features
- 15.6-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, optical bonding, and 1200-nit brightness for helm visibility in full sun
- HybridTouch control combines touchscreen input with keypad control for use in rough water and wet conditions
- Built-in single-channel CHIRP sonar with sonar scroll-back capability; transducer is not included
- Works on 12V and 24V systems with an 8 to 32 V DC operating range
- Dual RayNet Ethernet ports, NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.0 for system integration across the boat
- IPX6 and IPX7 protection with an operating temperature range from -25 C to 55 C
- Two front microSDXC slots and 16 GB internal solid-state storage for charts, updates, and data storage
- Includes LightHouse NC3 North America Lakes and Coastal Tide Stations chart media
Installation and setup
The display housing measures 17.8 x 10.2 x 2.72 inches. It can be top mounted or front mounted, and an optional RAM ball adapter is available for alternate helm layouts. On a flush installation, leave room behind the panel for the power, video, and NMEA 0183 lead, RayNet cables, NMEA 2000 drop, video input, and any transducer adapter or network accessories.
Because this package does not include a transducer, it fits best on boats where sonar hardware is already planned or already in place. The built-in sonar uses a 25-pin transducer connection, and CPT-S style transducers require the matching A80490 adapter cable.
Compatibility and integration
This display is a strong match for helms that already use or plan to add Raymarine radar, Evolution autopilot, thermal cameras, audio, or digital switching. The two RayNet ports help when the display needs to share charting and sonar across a second MFD or connect into a wider network without giving up NMEA 2000 backbone access.
For owners moving up from a smaller plotter, the 15.6-inch screen makes more sense when the helm has space for split-screen work. It suits cruising boats, offshore fishing boats, and larger center consoles where one display may need to carry charts, depth, radar, and camera views at the same time.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
