Overview
The Blue Sea Systems 360 Panel System 120V AC Main Panel is a modular AC distribution panel for boats that need a 120V AC main breaker with either 2 or 6 branch circuit positions. Each configuration uses flat rocker breakers, includes backlit circuit label positions, and has an installed “ON” indicating LED at each circuit position, so status is easy to read at the panel.
The range covers vertical, horizontal wide, and horizontal compact layouts, with panel sizes from 4.88in x 4.75in up to 9.25in x 4.75in depending on the configuration. The panels share a 3.00in depth, which is important when checking clearance behind a helm, nav station, cabin electrical panel, or machinery-space bulkhead.
These panels fit common onboard AC distribution jobs where a boat owner or installer needs a neat main AC control point for shore power or onboard AC loads, while keeping branch circuits clearly labeled and protected.
Key features
- 120V AC panel range with a double-pole 30A main breaker and flat rocker branch breakers in the verified configurations.
- Available with either 2 or 6 circuit positions to match smaller AC layouts or panels with more branch circuits.
- Backlit circuit label positions help the panel stay readable in cabins, helm areas, and low-light electrical spaces.
- Installed “ON” indicating LEDs at each circuit position give quick visual confirmation when a circuit is energized.
- Shared 3.00in panel depth across the listed variants makes behind-panel clearance easier to compare during refits.
- Includes a square-format AC label kit for clear circuit identification after installation.
Variants
This product is offered in several panel layouts and circuit counts for different AC panel spaces on board.
The main differences are the number of positions, the panel orientation and size, and whether an AC voltmeter is included. The listed configurations are all 120V AC main panels with flat rocker breakers and the same 3.00in depth.
- 1202 has 6 positions in a vertical 4.88in x 7.75in panel format with no meter. This layout suits a taller panel opening where six AC branch circuits need to be grouped under one main.
- 1230 has 6 positions in a horizontal wide 9.25in x 4.75in panel format with no meter. The wider layout works well where height is limited but there is more space across the panel face.
- 1206 has 2 positions in a vertical 4.88in x 7.75in panel format with an AC voltmeter rated 0 to 150V AC. The meter adds a direct voltage readout at the panel for checking incoming or distributed AC voltage.
- 1214 has 2 positions in a horizontal compact 4.88in x 4.75in panel format with no meter. This is the smallest face size in the listed group and fits tighter AC panel locations with only two branch circuits.
Installation and fit
Before ordering, compare the panel format against the available cutout area and the space behind the mounting surface. The width, height, and 3.00in depth matter on older boats where wiring, liners, and nearby structure can limit how a replacement AC panel fits.
The panel should be installed as part of a properly planned marine AC system, with conductor size, overcurrent protection, grounding, and labeling handled according to the vessel’s electrical layout and applicable marine electrical practice.
Electrical use on board
The 120V AC format is for onboard AC distribution, not 12V or 24V DC loads. It is a practical match for boats adding or refreshing a main AC panel for cabin outlets, battery chargers, galley equipment, water heaters, or other AC branch circuits, as long as the full system design supports those loads.
What’s included

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
