Overview
The Garmin BlueChart g3 HD - HXAE002R is an electronic navigation chart for the Yellow Sea region, supplied either on a microSD/SD card or as a download.
Coverage includes the Chinese coast from Wenzhou to Dandong, the full coastlines of North and South Korea, and the Russian coast east to Nakhodka, with additional coverage around the southern tip of Japan. Detailed harbor and coastal charting is included for areas such as Shanghai, Qingdao, Dalian, Nampo, Pusan, Chongjin, Nagasaki, and Fukuoka.
It adds navigational aids, spot soundings, depth contours, tides, and currents to a compatible Garmin chartplotter. Depth Range Shading supports up to 10 depth ranges, and Shallow Water Shading can highlight a user-defined shallow depth. In areas where the data supports it, contours can be shown down to 1-foot intervals for a clearer view of bottom structure.

Variants
This chart is offered in multiple configurations.
The differences are the BlueChart version (g3 or g3 Vision) and the delivery format (SD card or download). The region coverage remains the Yellow Sea HXAE002R area across the options.
- 010-C0877-20: BlueChart g3, SD Card. A physical card is handy when you want to move the chart between compatible units without re-downloading.
- 010-D0328-00: BlueChart g3, Download. The chart is installed with Garmin Express to a microSD/SD card for use in a compatible chartplotter.
- 010-C0877-00: BlueChart g3 Vision, SD Card. The Vision version adds additional chart presentation layers on compatible chartplotters.
- 010-D0364-00: BlueChart g3 Vision, Download. The chart is installed with Garmin Express to a microSD/SD card for use in a compatible chartplotter.
Compatibility and device requirements
This product is meant for compatible Garmin chartplotters that support BlueChart g3 or BlueChart g3 Vision cartography. You will also need an available microSD or SD card slot on the unit, depending on the card type used.
For download variants, a computer running Garmin Express and a microSD/SD card are used for the install process. A single chart is installed per card, so plan card capacity and labeling the same way you would for any other dedicated navigation media.
Installation and updates
For the SD card versions, insert the card into the chartplotter and select the chart in the unit’s chart options. It is worth keeping the card in a dry, protected spot when it is not in the unit, especially if you swap cards at the dock or underway.
For download versions, install the chart to a microSD/SD card with Garmin Express, then use that card in the chartplotter. After installation, confirm the chart draws correctly at your cruising scale before relying on it for close-quarters piloting.
Use cases on board
This chart is a good match for skippers transiting the Yellow Sea and nearby coasts who want clear depth information for coastal routing and port entries. It also suits anglers who pay attention to contour detail when working structure, banks, and channel edges.

We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
