Overview
The Garmin BlueChart g3 is an electronic coastal chart for the Portugal and Northwest Spain region, built for use on compatible Garmin chartplotters. Coverage spans from Gijón to Cádiz and Sevilla and includes the full coast of Portugal.
Across the range you get integrated Garmin and Navionics chart content plus Auto Guidance route suggestions based on your selected depth and overhead clearance. BlueChart g3 Vision versions add layers like satellite imagery, relief shading, and 3D views, which can help when you are lining up an approach, picking your way through a new marina, or studying bottom structure for fishing.
Charts are offered on a preprogrammed microSD/SD card or as a download managed through Garmin Express, so you can match the format to the hardware on board and how you prefer to load cartography.

Variants
This chart is offered in multiple configurations so you can match both the chart level and the delivery format to your setup.
Options vary by BlueChart version (BlueChart g3 Vision vs BlueChart g3) and by format (SD Card vs Download). The region coverage remains Portugal and Northwest Spain; the BlueChart g3 Vision map ID is VEU009R and the standard BlueChart g3 map ID is HXEU009R.
- 010-C0767-00: BlueChart version BlueChart g3 Vision, format SD Card. Preprogrammed microSD/SD media that plugs into a chartplotter card slot and supports the added Vision layers on compatible units.
- 010-D0438-00: BlueChart version BlueChart g3 Vision, format Download. Installed through Garmin Express so the Vision features are available once the chart is loaded onto a compatible device.
- 010-C0767-20: BlueChart version BlueChart g3, format SD Card. Preprogrammed microSD/SD media with the standard BlueChart g3 chart set for day-to-day navigation in this region.
- 010-D0353-00: BlueChart version BlueChart g3, format Download. Managed through Garmin Express for installations where a download workflow fits better than a physical card.
Compatibility and setup
Confirm your chartplotter supports BlueChart g3 and, if selecting a Vision option, BlueChart g3 Vision. For card versions, you will need a microSD/SD card slot on the display you plan to use for navigation.
For download versions, plan on using a computer with Garmin Express as part of the install process. Once installed, keep the chartplotter software up to date so chart layers and routing tools work as expected.
Use on board
This is a good fit for skippers running the Iberian coast who want detailed coastal and harbor cartography on a Garmin plotter, and for anglers who rely on tight contour lines and depth shading to read structure. If you do a lot of first-time port entries, the Vision layers can add useful visual context where those layers are available.
Navigation notes
Auto Guidance provides route suggestions for planning and situational awareness. Always verify routes against local conditions, notices, and safe navigation practices before you follow any suggested path.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
