Overview
The Garmin ECHOMAP UHD2 sv is a chartplotter and fishfinder combo that puts mapping and sonar on one keyed touchscreen for everyday navigation and finding structure. It is available in 6 inch, 7 inch, and 9 inch display sizes, with 800 x 480 resolution on the 6 and 7 inch models and 1024 x 600 on the 9 inch model.
Power is 9 to 18 Vdc and a fast-acting 3 A fuse is included for circuit protection. The housing carries an IPX7 water rating, which suits an open helm where spray and washdowns are part of normal use.
For fishfinding, sv models support traditional CHIRP plus ClearVü and SideVü scanning sonar when paired with a compatible transducer, with 500 W RMS sonar output. LiveScope and Perspective sonar views are supported when a LiveScope system is connected. Built-in Wi-Fi handles the ActiveCaptain connection and also supports wireless sharing between compatible ECHOMAP UHD2 units.

Variants
Configurations vary by display size (6 inch, 7 inch, or 9 inch), the included Garmin Navionics+ mapping region (Inland or Coastal), and whether a transducer is included.
Transducer-included bundles streamline the first install on a boat that is starting from scratch. No-transducer configurations leave room to reuse an existing compatible transducer or to match the transducer choice to the way you fish and the mounting location.
Installation and setup
Choose a mounting spot where the screen stays easy to read from the helm and the controls are within reach. Plan for cable routing and connector space behind the unit; the recommended clearance to the nearest obstruction behind the chartplotter is 118 mm (4 5/8 in.). Wire to a steady DC source within the 9 to 18 Vdc range, keep the 3 A fuse in-line, and avoid long runs on undersized wire that can cause voltage drop.
For sonar, connect a compatible transducer and select the correct transducer profile during setup so the unit can display the right sonar views. When a LiveScope system is added, LiveScope and Perspective pages become available in the sonar views for real-time target and structure tracking.
Networking and system integration
If your boat has an NMEA 2000 backbone, the cradle includes an NMEA 2000 connection point to tie the chartplotter into a standard network for compatible data sharing and display. Built-in Wi-Fi supports the ActiveCaptain connection and can link compatible ECHOMAP UHD2 units for sharing user data and sonar sources while connected.
Who it fits on board
This is a good match for anglers who want SideVü and ClearVü views on the same screen as charts, and for boats where one display needs to cover both navigation and fishfinding. The main fit decisions are helm screen size, whether Inland or Coastal chart coverage makes sense for your water, and whether you want a transducer included.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
