For DP drives up to DP-E, 290-DP, and 280-DP Sterndrives, this is a B8 series front Duoprop propeller. All of the materials utilized are super-strength and specifically designed for propeller use. This provides some built-in flexibility. The material resists bending or breaking in the face of stress. Curving, blade surface, and cavitation design are all combined. Maximum efficiency can only be achieved when all of these components are in sync.

The weight, size, and cavitation of this propeller are all properly balanced. Essential for safe driving and solid grip in bends. Each propeller's bushing is designed to withstand the stresses of rotating and pushing. When the necessary fastening tension is applied, the bushing takes on its final shape and performance. Smooth-shifting and a lengthy drive-train lifespan are required.

The Duoprop "B" Series is for gas engines. The DP280 and 290 drive non-thru hub exhaust.
