Overview
The Garmin 010-C1169-00 is a Standard Mapping Premium electronic chart card for Louisiana Central, delivered on microSD/SD media for compatible Garmin chartplotters. It overlays high-resolution coastal aerial imagery with local names for waterways and land features, which helps you line up what you see on the screen with what is around the boat.
Premium content adds clear references for offshore and inshore planning: offshore field lease blocks are shown with red outlines and white labels, and Offshore Lease Areas and Wildlife Management Areas are marked on the chart. Recommended routes appear as yellow lines, which can be useful when you are running through marsh cuts and man-made canals where the cleanest path is not always obvious.
Key features
- Louisiana Central coverage on Standard Mapping Premium chart media for compatible Garmin chartplotters with a chart card slot
- Coastal aerial overlay with high-resolution imagery plus local waterway and land feature names
- Offshore field lease blocks shown with red outlines and white labels
- Recommended routes displayed as yellow lines for navigating marsh and canal networks
- Wildlife Management Areas outlined in green, with Offshore Lease Areas also shown on the chart
Compatibility and fit
This is chart data on removable media, so the key fit check is your chartplotter. You need a compatible Garmin marine chartplotter that supports Standard Mapping charts and accepts a microSD or SD chart card. If your unit uses a full-size SD slot, use a microSD-to-SD adapter; if it has a microSD slot, insert the card directly.
There is no wiring and no network setup for the card itself. Your boat's 12 V or 24 V system matters only for powering the chartplotter.
Installation and setup
Power the chartplotter off, insert the card, then restart and select the chart source. On supported Garmin GPSMAP and ECHOMAP chartplotters, the aerial overlay is managed through the Photo Map options. Photo Map shows photos on both land and water with an opacity slider, while Land Only keeps photos on land and leaves standard chart data on the water.
If you do not see the Standard Mapping imagery, confirm the Photo Map setting is enabled and that the card is fully seated in the slot.
Use cases on board
This card is a good match for boats running Louisiana's central coast where marsh navigation, shallow cuts, and fast-changing shorelines make visual reference valuable. It also helps on offshore runs when you want field lease blocks and lease area outlines visible alongside your chart.
Care and handling
Keep the card contacts clean and dry, and store the card in its case when it is not in the plotter. Avoid removing the card while the chartplotter is updating or writing data, and do not force the card into the slot.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
