Overview
The Vimar Neve Up is a 2P+E 16A 250 V SICURY socket outlet for Italian type P30 installations, built in a 2-module format for flush mounting. It uses side and central earth contacts and is sized for standard 50-60 Hz AC circuits.
For marine interiors, this outlet makes sense where the boat already uses the Neve Up modular system and an Italian P30 receptacle is required in a protected location. Its IP20 rating points it toward dry interior spaces such as cabins, galley modules, or navigation areas rather than open decks, cockpits, or other places exposed to spray and washdowns.
Key features
- Italian type P30 socket format with side and central earth contacts
- 16 A, 250 V, 50-60 Hz rating for AC circuits built around this outlet standard
- SICURY contact protection for safer use around crew and guests
- 2-module flush-mounted body with screw terminals for fixed installations
- 44.8 mm width, 47 mm height, and 38.8 mm depth for fit checks behind the panel
- Available in white and carbon matt finishes to match different interior trim styles
Variants
This outlet is offered in two finish options within the same Neve Up 2-module format.
The listed versions differ by colour and surface finish. The electrical format stays the same across both versions: Italian type P30, 2P+E, 16 A, 250 V, 50-60 Hz, and flush mounting.
- VM09209: White finish. This version works well on light wall plates and cabin panels where a standard white electrical trim is already in place.
- VM09209.CM: Color Carbon Matt. This version suits darker interiors and switch panels where a lower-gloss trim blends in better.
Compatibility and fit
This is a dedicated Italian P30 outlet, not a universal receptacle, so plug type should be checked before purchase. It is also intended for Neve Up modular assemblies, so the matching support, frame, and mounting box should be verified during a refit or new installation.
Installation and use on board
The flush-mounted body and screw-terminal connection suit fixed AC installations where a neat finish matters and panel space is limited. On boats, it is a sensible match for protected accommodation spaces and service areas that stay dry in normal use.
This product is a good fit for owners and installers working on vessels that already use Italian-standard fittings or Neve Up components. It is less suited to exposed areas where a higher ingress rating would be needed.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
