The Garmin 010-10911-00 is a protective cover for compatible GPSMAP 4xx and 400-series display units. It slips over the face of the unit to keep the screen and keypad covered when the boat is parked at the dock, stored on a trailer, or tied up for the week.

Installation and use

Fit is straightforward: align the cover to the face of the display and press it into place until it seats evenly. For best results, wipe down the screen and keys first so grit is not trapped between the cover and the display.

On boats that live outside, many owners keep the cover on whenever the display is not in use, then remove it before running. It is also a good match for trailered boats where road dust and strap contact can mark up an uncovered screen.

Maintenance and care
