Overview
The Garmin Navionics+ NSEU649L is an electronic chart region for Norway that loads on compatible Garmin chartplotters in either microSD/SD or download format. It combines coastal and inland chart content, with SonarChart HD bathymetry that can show up to 1' contours in supported areas, plus shading tools that help you read depth at a glance.
Your purchase includes a one-year subscription period for daily chart updates and downloadable chart content. Route suggestions are supported through Auto Guidance+, which uses your boat settings and chart data to calculate a suggested dock-to-dock path for planning.
This same Norway coverage is also offered in a premium Vision+ version (chart code NVEU649L) that adds extra visual layers such as high-resolution relief shading, satellite imagery, sonar imagery, aerial photos, and 3D views where available and downloaded during the subscription period.
Key features
- Norway coverage focused on the full coastline, with additional coverage that extends into selected inland waters and parts of Sweden.
- Detailed nautical charts plus SonarChart HD bathymetry, including up to 1' contours where supported.
- Depth range shading for up to 10 user-set ranges to help highlight target depths for navigation and fishing.
- Shallow water shading for a user-defined depth to make thin water easier to spot while underway.
- Auto Guidance+ route suggestions that factor in your chosen depth and overhead clearance (planning tool only).
- One-year subscription period with daily updates through the ActiveCaptain app, with downloaded charts and features staying on the card after the subscription ends.
- Vision+ versions add premium layers such as high-resolution relief shading, satellite imagery, sonar imagery, aerial photos, and 3D views where available.
- Available as a preloaded microSD/SD card or as a download that is loaded using Garmin Express before you go on the boat.
Variants
This chart region is offered in multiple configurations based on chart version and delivery format.
Navionics+ (NSEU649L) includes the core chart layers and shading tools, while Navionics Vision+ (NVEU649L) adds additional premium visual layers where available. Both versions support updates during the included subscription period, and delivery is either a physical microSD/SD card or a download loaded with Garmin Express.

Compatibility and setup
These Garmin Navionics+ and Garmin Navionics Vision+ products are made for compatible Garmin chartplotters. Before ordering, confirm your plotter supports Garmin Navionics format and that you have the right media option for your setup (a chartplotter SD slot for card versions, or a computer and memory card for download delivery).
Features such as Auto Guidance+ and premium Vision+ layers depend on chartplotter support and on having the related content downloaded during the active subscription period. Auto Guidance+ is a planning aid and does not replace safe navigation practices, local notices, or a proper lookout.
Use on board
This coverage is a strong match for coastal cruising along the Norwegian coast and fjords, plus boaters who also run inland lakes and canals in the region. It also suits anglers who like to work specific depth bands, since depth range shading can be set to highlight the water you fish most.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.
Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.
Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.
Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are refused and a shipment returns to us, the carrier’s return cost and any re-entry customs fees will be deducted from the refund. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.
Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
