Overview
The Perko Stealth Series is an LED fold-down white all-round navigation light for power-driven vessels under 20 meters, or 65.6 ft., in length. It runs on a 12 Volt system, uses 1.5 watts, draws 0.1 amps, and is USCG 2nm certified for the required visible range.
This light is made for raised mounting points such as windshields, T-tops, rails, arches, and hard tops, where an all-round light needs to stay visible while keeping glare out of the operator’s line of sight. The fold-down, adjustable angle layout helps when trailering, covering the boat, storing the vessel, or working around overhead clearance.
Across the range, the light uses a black polymer top with a clear fluted lens and a 3/4" diameter anodized pole. The base style changes by variant, so the mounting orientation and finish should be matched to the boat’s surface and the look of the helm or topside hardware.
Key features
- White LED all-round navigation light certified for use on power-driven vessels under 20 meters, or 65.6 ft.
- USCG 2nm visibility rating for navigation light compliance on suitable vessels.
- 12 Volt LED operation with 1.5 watts of power draw and 0.1 amps current draw.
- Fold-down, adjustable angle construction helps reduce clearance issues during storage, trailering, and cover installation.
- Reduced glare layout helps keep light spill away from the operator while the vessel is underway at night.
- Suited for common elevated mounting locations including windshields, T-tops, rails, arches, and hard tops.
- Black polymer top with a clear fluted lens and a 3/4" diameter anodized pole.
- #8 screw size for installation hardware selection.
Variants
This product is offered in three configurations that cover horizontal and vertical mounting needs, along with black polymer or chrome plated base options.
The 1636DP0CHR and 1639DP0CHR versions use a black polymer base, while the 1642DP0CHR version uses a chrome plated zinc alloy base with a quick release lever. Mounting dimensions and overall height vary by version, so the base style should be checked against the available mounting surface before installation.
- 1636DP0CHR: Horizontal mount with black polymer base. This version suits a horizontal mounting surface and has an overall height of 14-1/4", a 2" x 1-1/2" base, and 1-3/8" center-to-center base mounting holes.
- 1639DP0CHR: Vertical mount with black polymer base. This version suits a vertical mounting surface and has an overall height of 14-1/4", a 2-1/4" x 5/8" base, and 1-5/8" center-to-center base mounting holes.
- 1642DP0CHR: Vertical mount with chrome plated base. This version has a chrome plated zinc alloy base, quick release lever, graduated adjustment increments, an overall height of 13-7/8", and a 2-1/4" x 5/8" base.
Installation and fit
Check the mounting orientation first, since the horizontal and vertical versions are not interchangeable in how they sit on the boat. The light should be mounted where the white all-round output can remain unobstructed by canvas, antennas, hardtop frames, rods, or passengers.
The low current draw makes it a practical update for small powerboats, center consoles, pontoons, and fishing boats running a 12 Volt navigation light circuit. Wiring and circuit protection should follow the vessel’s existing navigation light layout and applicable marine electrical practices.
Use on board
This light is a good match for boats that need an elevated white all-round light but also need the pole to fold down when not in use. It works well in areas where a fixed upright pole would interfere with covers, storage racks, garage clearance, or bridge and trailer clearance.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.
To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.
