Overview
The Perko 0795 is a replacement vented flip top cap for Perko vented fills that use 1-1/2" hose. It is made from polymer, mounts at the gunnel without removing the fill body, and requires a 5-1/4" diameter mounting surface with #8 screws.
The cap combines fill access and tank venting in one top assembly, with an integral tank vent, flame arrestor, and anti-surge valve. It accepts metallic inserts for gas, diesel, or water fills, so the fill point can be clearly identified without adding a separate deck plate key or ground wire.
This Figure 0795 cap is for Perko vented fill models 0540, 0541, 0542, 0543, 0580, 0581, 0582, 0583, 0590, and 0591. It is not a replacement for ratcheting or EPA-style fuel caps.

Variants
This replacement cap is offered in two color configurations for matching the fill area, deck hardware, or surrounding gelcoat.
The hose size, mounting requirements, flip top format, and Perko vented-fill compatibility are the same across both variants.
- 0795DP0BLK, product color black. The black color gives the fill point a darker look that can blend with black deck hardware or darker trim.
- 0795DP0WHT, product color white. The white color suits installations where the fill sits near white gelcoat or light deck fittings.
Compatibility and fit
For fit confirmation, the existing fill should match one of the supported Perko vented fill figure numbers and use a 1-1/2" hose connection. Since this cap is not for ratcheting or EPA-style fuel caps, it works best as a like-for-like replacement on the listed Perko vented fills.
Installation and use
The direct gunnel mounting format helps when the fill body is staying in place and only the cap assembly needs replacement. After installation, the correct metallic insert should be used for the vessel system so gas, diesel, or water fills are not confused during refueling or dockside service.
