Overview

The Raymarine A80565 is a black adapter plate for fitting a Raymarine Axiom Pro 12 multifunction display into the cutout left by an E120 Classic display. It gives a cleaner path for a helm electronics refit when the boat already has a legacy Raymarine display opening and the goal is to avoid unnecessary dash cutting.

This is a mounting accessory, not an electronics module, so it is mainly about physical fit and finish. The plate is powder coated black to match the Axiom Pro look, and it is listed as a mounting bracket with boxed dimensions of 1 in H x 13 in W x 17 in L and a packaged weight of about 1.05 lb.

Key features
  • Made for installing an Axiom Pro 12 display in place of an E120 Classic display cutout.
  • Black powder-coated finish helps the retrofit look finished at the helm rather than patched in.
  • Useful when upgrading older Raymarine electronics while keeping the existing dashboard opening.
  • Mounting bracket accessory with compact packaging for storage, shipping, or keeping with refit hardware before installation.
  • Mechanical adapter plate only, so display wiring, power, networking, and transducer connections should be planned separately as part of the electronics upgrade.
Installation and fit

This plate is meant for a flush-style retrofit where the previous E120 Classic opening is already present in the console, dash, or electronics panel. Before drilling or sealing anything, compare the existing cutout and fixing points with the display installation template and the condition of the surrounding helm surface.

During installation, keep the plate square to the panel and check that the new Axiom Pro 12 display has enough rear clearance for cables, connectors, bend radius, and service access. This is especially important on compact helms, enclosed flybridge consoles, and older fiberglass panels where previous electronics may have left oversized holes or unused fastener marks.

Use on board

This adapter plate is a practical match for owners refitting a navigation station, upgrading a fishing boat helm, or refreshing a cruiser cockpit with a newer Raymarine multifunction display. It helps preserve the existing layout while giving the new 12-inch display a more finished mounting surface.

For saltwater boats, the clean fit also helps reduce exposed panel gaps around the display area. Final weather protection still depends on proper display installation, correct gasket use, suitable sealant practices where specified, and a helm surface that is sound enough to hold the mounting hardware securely.

Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Some items include free shipping, which will show automatically. Not every product is eligible for international shipping; checkout will confirm eligibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes except through USPS, and not all packages qualify.

Processing and dispatch
Most orders are verified, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Some products may need extra handling time or ship directly from the manufacturer. For certain international orders, inventory transfers between warehouses may add time. If any delay is expected, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Delivery and tracking
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated arrival times appear at checkout and depend on your location and the service you choose. These are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier disruptions. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. You can also view tracking in your account.

Duties, taxes, and support
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. If your order is late or you need help, contact cs@qualityboatparts.com and we will assist you.

Quality Boat Parts is a reseller. Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer. We do not manage or administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.

Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are set by each manufacturer. Issues involving defects, repairs, or replacements must be addressed with the manufacturer’s support team. When available, the warranty period is listed on the product page. If it is not shown, contact us or the manufacturer for details before purchasing.

To start a claim, the customer must contact the manufacturer and follow their process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging, and register the product if the manufacturer requires it, as these are often needed for warranty service.

We are happy to help you find the right contact or documentation, but we cannot decide outcomes or intervene in claim resolutions. For guidance, email cs@qualityboatparts.com.
